Product Repair Service

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policies and Instructions:

To submit an RMA request, you may either fill out our online form, or download and fax back to Geomation our fax-back form. An RMA number will be issued within 1 business day of receipt of either RMA request form.

You may check on the status of your RMA request by contacting our Service Department at 720-746-0100 x307 or at service@geomation.com. Before submitting an RMA request, please review Geomation's Warranty Terms:

Upon receipt of your RMA Number from Geomation, please return your RMA unit(s) to the address indicated below. Be sure to reference the RMA# on the mailing label when returning unit(s). Failure to include the RMA# will delay the processing of your unit(s).
